I'm apologizing ahead of time for my's not clever, esoteric, informative, or even googleable. I submitted it way before I saw all those other great Platimum WPs that had most all of those qualities. After taking them, I'm reminded of that great Peanuts cartoon with all of the kids describing profound images they see in cloud formations overhead, and Charlie Brown's comment was "I think I see a ducky".

Maurlin I think its a great puzzle. It brings back many memories for me and applies to my children and now my grandchildren when vacation time comes around. Eyerolls, sighing and whining always followed the announcement of vacation plans. Thanks for the fun.

I agree, I loved this one. I wish we could nominate people to write these all the time. Maurlin would definitely get my vote.

It is clever! The wording so took on the persona you wanted to present, it was a joy to take. I didn't even cuss at my +3s.

I really liked it too! One thing I enjoy most about WPs is the wide variety of topics, styles, lengths and difficulty.

No reason to apologize - it's a good solid puzzle!

I really liked this puzzle - the best score I've had in quite a while! Actually, your summer plans sound a lot more exciting than mine..

A very nice, personal puzzle. Not a thing on earth wrong with that. It's part of the balance that makes this such a neat place!

I had fun with it too Maurlin - and an original, ungoogleable puzzle is always a good thing!

I can't say too much now since your WP is still live, but I really enjoyed it and thought the clues were excellent. Thanks for a lot of fun!

Linda, I had loads of fun doing your puzzle. I'm sure that everyone thinks that everyone did a better job but the truth is this was fun. All the puzzles have been great in my opinion.

Hey Linda....that was a great puzzle.
You had me fooled at first though,
with one word that I didn't think was
even possibly or remotely right!!!!

Sorry....I meant to say, the word was "CAMP"
Thought it was odd that your grandparents were
paying for your vacation as well!!!! That was
the first puzzle I got - and then I was clued in
and enjoyed the rest of the puzzles without question

Oh yeah, I had trhe Camp puzzle. Saw four letters with an A in position 2, and the first thing that came to mind was MAUI.
