Just HAD to bail on this one.

A lot of the terms sounded familar, just wasn't sure of spelling, but got all of them in the first 4 puzzles, then lost 300 points on last one. But it was kind of fun anyway.

I wasn't sure of the words but enjoyed the puzzle

Same. New words, but enjoyable and challenging

Enjoyed your puzzle, Simon! Thanks!

I thought the clues by Simon were very helpful for my five puzzles.
I had a good idea what to look for in the answers, and "search engined" for spellings.

The Sploofusers who are docs and nurses should do well.

Congrats Simon for developing this educational quiz!

Great puzzle, Simon! Being a retired R.N., I had no problems with it!

Thanks for your comments, they are very much appreciated. I am sorry if some people had to skip it. I really had fun creating it, I hope we will be able to do more of those.

By the way I have just clicked on the puzzle page and it brought me into the first puzzle ofering to solve it. Do authors solve their own puzzles too?

It was suggested by an editor that we complete our own puzzles if we like. Take our time and use up all the letters so you are not near the top of the leaderboard but you still get your 5000 pts.

You can solve your own, but editors said to fill in all the letters. That way you get your 5000 points but place low on the standings

I loved this one, Simon, as I have a medical background, so it was neat to do one that I actually knew something about. Thanks for a great WP!

Thanks Simon. Great puzzle, although I officially sucked! On the bright side, I came away with a little more knowledge of the human anatomy. Thanks.

horrible score but good puzzle. Ditto, Crazy4games. Learned more about "body parts" and had fun doing it. Thanks for a good puzzle.

Anyone shuddering if Smaug does a "body parts" puzzle in the future?

Slow & steady wins the race, or at least makes a fairly good show. Nearly melted my brain but got out alive, Simon Clues were clever, learned something, so it meets the criteria for a great puzzle

Simon some very interesting (cryptic) clues; I understood Pi(R) for semicircular canals -- but obnly when I'd solved it of course....and the one about yellow did not help at all.
but the greek letter clue was actually helpful.

When the clues help you solve the puzzle, they're good.

When the clues make sense AFTER you solved the puzzle, they're great!

I think Simon and Smaug's WPs were about the cleverest I've seen in quite a compliments!

Great clues. Really enjoyed it Simon (though not much of a lunch break)! Thank you!
