Why does my clock keep going after i hit the summit button on my trivia questions is getting really frustrating.

this happens for me too, but it is a mirage (for me), the time actually taken is correctly calculated to the moment I press the button.

Maybe you have a tumor.

No, I totally noticed this as well. Something is slow somewhere.

Hi Lyndalee,

A lot of people have been having trouble with this. See this thread in Salty Dog:

We just have to be patient as the bugs get worked out.

Did eight questions today (trying to get a wager token, but failed...sigh), and in every one the timer went on for 10 to 20 seconds after the submit. It gives you a heart stop for sure!

I did get the actual times eventually...I was ready to notify support, if not, though. One time last fall I had to do that and got a replacement question. My experience is everyone is doing their best. Try to just have fun! I believe these will be worked out and new problems to deal with soon...keeps it interesting, no?

it appears that credit for the correct answer *IS* given even though the timer is inaccurate.

i don't think this issue will be resolved until the 2.0 version is fully tested and released to the masses.

we just have to be patient and send in an individual support ticket if the points are not properly credited to our accounts.

Even when you get the "error" message, it registers if you answered correctly. Just keep checking your level. In my case it just goes down, but I'm sure others answer more accurately.

As of this morning..7/1/08 (or for the Brits...1/7/08) it seems like it is "fixed". No more lag.

Except for the self-imposed lag while I stare at the screen and try to figure out which answer to pick!
