does anyone else have this problem? you answer the daily question [correctly] and you click on submit or whatever it says and the thing just hangs there and when it finally connects tells you that you exceded the time limit?

yes it's a system wide problem.

The editors have asked for a support ticket to be submitted when it happens. they will issue a replacement.

it is frustrating but Justin is working on it.

I've not had the problem of timing out. However, some others who are experiencing that problem say to keep tabs on your total score because some are getting the timed out message but are evidently still getting their points if they got the question right.

I've never timed out. What does happen to me is the timer keeps going, and going, and going, and just when I think it's going to run out...then the next screen shows the actual correct time and I get my points.

Sort of a tension inducer and reliever, all in one. Reminds me of....oh, never mind.

Try to keep track of your points, and if you don't get them, turn in a support ticket.

That was like me till last night. With one question left till the next level and on my second favorite category. I answered quickly and timed out. The editors checked it out and to their credit have given me a replacement question. Too bad it is a different category.
