Another good job I had to struggle some some because I was never a fan of the Stooges, sorry Didn't like Popeye or Superman, either, if it wasn't about animals I wasn't interested Still, this had good clues & wasn't too difficult.

I was never a Stooges fan either (well not THOSE Stooges), but I thought it was a lot of fun and appreciated that you didn't have to be an uber-fan to get the puzzles. Nice job Bleepy.

I know the puzzle that buffaloed you score is a burning wreck because I didn't stop and count the letters in one word.

I figured I spelled it wrong...nope!

Then maybe the Editors spelled it wrong...nope.

Then @!$%%!!!!! Try a different!

I felt like Curly on the wrong end of a runaway piano....

Fun puzzle, Bleepy! The only problem was that I kept picturing my ex-hubby and his buds. I'm still trying to erase that.

Good job!

Hi Bleepy,
Congratulations on your second Platipuzzle! Despite not being a Stooges fan, I really enjoyed it. I thought your clues were great, and the phrases made me chuckle. Keep 'em coming!

Love the Stooges! So many layers to their humor. It's odd, but listening to them as an adult I 'hear' a lot more than I did as a kid.

Wish I had a nickel for every hour I spent as a kid watching Stooges movies. I agree, watching as an adult, there's a lot more to their movies than the "slapstick" (literally).

That's exactly how I would have saluted you! Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk!!! My grandchildren think I am a blooming idiot and I love it. Just can't quit saying it and laughing. Tapped my husband on the shoulder last night just after I heard his first little purr (nicer word than snore) and when he said "what's wrong" just had to whisper "Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk.." Heard his "You really are nuts!" but also heard a faint chuckle. Some of you know I've been to hell and back lately with surgery and this puzzle has probably helped boost my spirits more than anything else. Can't see my keyboard so am relying on touch only so if you find lots of typos and for some reason am being quite deslexic if that's how you spell it (can't find my #%&#@^*) spellcheck) and I am not being disrespectful of anyone. Doc's still trying to figure it out. My husband is raising keyboard and trying to angle it to work. Cheyenne can surely relate. I just can't move my head. C3 through C7 are fused now and thank you God the nerves are released so maybe the pain will be less. Just right now I am a bobble head without this choke collar that I hope will be gone in a month or so. For those of you not believing in the scapel, like I didn't, this is a twenty some odd year process so we went for the last ditch. I know in my gut this is going to work. So keep laughing, say a little prayer for me and Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk to you all.

Cindy: We all hope you recover quickly and regain full use of your physical capabilities.

You did splendidly on this post ,and I didn't notice any errors.

Humor goes a long way in helping boost spirits, so this puzzle was a comic relief for many. The Stooges will be remembered forever.

Best wishes and don't shirk from being a "wise guy, eh?" [or gal]
