I learned this last month:

The error code goes into a database (or something) to keep track of problems.

If you want a response, and after they check - compensation, you need to send in a support ticket. The editors respond pretty darn fast.

Good luck!

You might want to tell folks that if you are a beta tester that you need to click "help" at the bottom of the page-Kaufman helped me with that as was submitting a "bug" report-better yet go to the old Sploofus where it is simple to submit a support ticket. Actually when I do play it is most often this old "sploofus"-beta loses a technological "idiot" like me-Linda

I said the same thing when I finally did send in a support ticket not just the error report when it appears. Apparently they are keeping track of all this. If you get the question right but get the error report you will still get the credit. At least your points will be credited, I honestly can't recall whether I moved up in my level as well. I'm going to take it on face value that I moved up there as well. Look at your points before you answer the question and then later on check them again. I know the timer issue is being worked on however...

I'm very sorry Bearpaw, but I can't find a recent support ticket from you. If you will submit one with the approximate dates, we can at least give you results.

Heidi is quite right that the link to support in beta is through "Help" at the bottom of the page (thank you Heidi), and Mplaw is correct that the vast majority of the timer errors only affect the message seen following submission. Instead of seeing the "congrats" or the "sorry" screen. you get the error screen, but everything else happens as it should - points are credited and levels adjusted just as if you'd gotten the right message.

Justin is fully away of the timer problem and it is on the high priority list. Thanks for everyone's patience, we all hope it will be fixed soon.

I get this issue alot - however - you need to keep track of your level and your points as you start.
I noticed that even though I was getting the error code - I looked and saw that my level advanced and I was given my points after it had been pointed out by someone else.

That would be "Justin is fully AWARE of the problem."
