HOW DO I SEND IN A SUPPORT TICKET?

Hi everybody-
Can someone tell me how I send in a support ticket? I see that it is not the same as responding in that error window that comes up after a TQOTD.
I wagered a lot of points on a question and the timer and clicked on my answer but the timer just kept counting down.

In the Your Sploofus Space pulldown, select Player Support.and Online Player Support. Go from there, with as many details as you can provide.

I think I sprained my brain sorting out the math, but it should be as correct as possible. Check your IMs for an explanation. Let us know if it looks correct to you.

I am going up to the lounge for a Japanese massage, soak in the Jacuzzi and a few of those rum drinks with the little umbrella.

The easy way is to return to the "old" Sploofus where it is simple to submit a support ticket. You get answers whether you are a beta tester or not-Linda

All support tickets go to the same editors in the same system, 1.0 or 2.0. Neither is better or different than the other.

Now you are really depressed..............Oy!

Thank you everybody for your responses. It does indeed look like the points have been doled out correctly now. I realize that sometimes with those error windows that one has not necessarily been penalized point-wise but that in fact the points do somehow get awarded.
But in the particular case for which I submitted the support ticket I did notice that I was penalized and that my overall ranking had dropped. So that's when I decided to seek out sending a support ticket. And now, lo and behold all is well again.

Happy ending! (sort of like that massage Sploofusionist [or was it Sploofernatural?] was getting ready for?) LOL. Thank you all again for the explanation, and yes the IM was very very helpful.

Sending a support ticket in Beta is no more difficult than in "old" Sploofus. It's just found in a diffent place: click on "Help" at the bottom of a beta page.
