Most support tickets are handled in a pretty prompt manner...usually the same day or even the same hour. There can also come the occasion when you don't get an immediate answer. Normally, this means it has been escalated for Justin to look at.In order to escalate it to Justin, we cannot close it. Hence, we cannot send you an answer. Once it is escalated, editors can no longer access it.

However, it has come to our attention that several ticket have slide off the front page, much the way message on this message board fall off the bottom of the page and disappear onto the second page. After that, things get forgotten and lost. In auditing the database of approximately 7000 support ticket dating back to the beginning or sploofus time, I have discovered several (a manageable number) of unanswered tickets. I posted a note on our chat board about trying to clean these up as soon as possible.

Some of them are way out of date. Many of them can never be properly answered. Many will be escalated. However, we will do our best to answer them as soon as possible.

If you come across that one where I suggested you should disembowel and expel a certain person from the island, just let that one go. I was just having a bad day, is all that was.

You can throw mine in the trash. If I had any unsolved problems I don't remember what they were.

Carry on.

wow - 3 of them - all dated so irrelevant

It must be housecleaning day - I'm going through doing yearly billing for clients & filing away notes in folders that have stacked up on my desk since about the same time as some of these tickets

Good job - carry on

Ditto...(as Smoke).

I now know nothing can be done about stupid TQOTDs and REALLY stupid word round errors. I now just use them for laughs and figure it's the luck of the draw...there is an element of just plain luck (or bad luck) involved in these games. It doesn't matter how smart I am (or not)...sometimes chicken, sometimes feathers!

Still having fun, after all these years! (Going to be three for me soon...or is it four? LOL...I don't even remember!)

I just opened a 2005 Surreyman. Such a delicate bouquet, and properly aged.

My tickets have been answered really promptly also. My principal could possibly take a few lessons from the editors here.

Any of mine that are still lurking around can be disregarded because honestly I haven't the foggiest idea about what is in the things and if I can't remember what they were about then they obviously weren't very important. LOL

I'm laughing because most of these are timed things that I didn't expect to actually get answered - throw 'em out!

All right, someone must be able to figure out who this editor with personality is.

Just a "Thank You" to the support team, who responded to my ticket this morning in a matter of minutes!
It's much appreciated.

What a good bunch of editors. Great at providing amusement and services already, now branching out into water sports. I'm feeling much better already. Makin my brown eyes blue.

Of course Lodi is an editor. You can tell by the smile on her face. Actually, besides the dis-emboweling, which did not take place, everyone seems to have stopped sticking pins in the dolls they made of me. Thanks for that. LOL Bill
