I'm curious about something. I put in a quiz for the CQ last Friday. Saturday morning was 19th in line; Monday was 17th; today still 17th. However, I wrote a general quiz yesterday morning and started at 96th; last night was 74th and this morning was 54th. How did one move up so fast and the other one stall?

Anyone know how this system works? Inquiring minds want to know.

They hold the CQ quizzes until it's time for them to go live. They're all launched together, more or less. You won't see it again, unless it's sent back for corrections, until then.

Thanks! That makes total sense, except on one chat a couple of folks said theirs had been launched already???

I think that was an accident. Happens sometimes when they're in the wrong category or something.

Ugh...OK... Maybe you should think of writing quizzes like a trip to Disneyland. You pay to get into the park. wait in line for the rides because they're unique and worth the time. After all, there are only so many seats available to the public at once.'s finally your turn. GREAT! You have fun and move on.

While at the park, you might take a break from the lines by doing other things. Sploofus has that option, too! Have you gone through all of the thousands of quizzes published by other authors. There are many oldies but goodies.

The privileges on this site are used by thousands of members. As a matter of fact, as I write this, the count is at 43,977. Yea! That means that there is a lot of creative energy out there to "Wow" us!

I think it was said before, but patience is required. Enjoy the ride!!
