SPLOOFUS SYMBOL

Doobie's question made me think. Some sploofusers are now 1 year old and many of us are coming up on 1 year. We need a new symbol for the 1 yr. and older crowd. Any ideas? Yoda is already taken.

My first thought was a symbol with Einstein. I'm sure other people have better suggestions, but that was the first thing I thought of.

I would like the Cat in the Hat. He is a definite genius.

Those are all great ideas. Of course, we could always go with a pic of the Sploofmeister. lol Myself, when I think of smart people, unfortunately for me, Ben Stein always intrudes into my mind's eye. How 'bout a neat looking light bulb? Ya know, the whole "light comes on" type of thinga-ma-bobber... TTFN

Along the lines of the Albert Einstein suggestion, perhaps we could so something like have people 1 year and above have an e and then in a month or so have an e= and then a couple of months after that have e=m....leading up to e=mc(squared). Or something along those lines.

Perhaps Golem, or The Apocalypse, Timothy Leary, Dr. Hunter S. Thompson, Nikola Tesla, Steve Martin, or Mr Rodgers.

Ahem ........ did no-one listen to me!
Most of those subjects so far are unrecognisable outside of the USA .........
Perhaps we could start by renaming Sploofus Sploofworld LOL!
An alternative angle could be to give a 'Founder Member' symbol to all who joined before whenever?

What about allowing members of one year or over to choose their own symbol and upload it like avatar. And by limiting this feature to these "elders", as it were, it would still distinguish them from the newbies.

Because personally, I'd have to go with Homer.

Simpson, that is.

Emily

P.S. Hopefully, Albert Einstein (at least) is recognizable internationally.
