I NEED AN EDITOR PLEASE!

I sent an error report regarding a showdown question on the fourth of July. I didn't get a response. What happened was that my answer was not recorded. It was an incredibly easy question. I immediately sent a report so that the showdown might be voided. Now the other person has responded to the showdown and won. No surprise - did I mention that it was a really easy question? I have lost showdowns before but I hate to lose those points when it wasn't my fault. Can an editor please look at the situation for me? I still have my initial bug report saved with the date as well as the showdown results. Thank you!

Send a Support Ticket. It's likely that at the very least you'll have your lost points returned.

I sent in a support ticket one minute after it happened and still haven't received a reply or action. Any thoughts?

I don't think I can send in another error report and it still shows pending on My Sploofus. I don't want to be a pain so will try to be patient Thanks for responding to my post here.

Knerd, did you hit the green bug or help? Apparently the green bug goes to Justin. The help buton is for your support tickets to get resets or help with other problems. Help is just to the left of the green bug and log off.
