As a child, if ever you questioned a word at dinner or did not understand something, the dictionaries (English, French, Spanish, Italian, Etymology) came out. With no television, there was no program we had to run off to see, so dinner was the entertainment. As a result, all eight of us siblings are a font of useless information - TV and sports excluded. | |
