| Hobbies: | Music, baseball, road trips, eating out, cats, hanging out with my friends, church activities, obscure movies/tv shows/music. I also play the keyboard and enjoy all sorts of music. I used to play for weddings but don't anymore...I don't understand why it takes 2 hours to rehearse for a 20-minute ceremony...just not worth my time.
I have 7 cats. I know, I am nuts. -Bennett -Linus -George -Jack -Ruth -Holly -Bella Love 70's/80's music, pop culture, American Idol, salt n vinegar potato chips, politics, Phantom of the Opera, shrimp, the Adirondack Mountains, The Godfather trilogy, Italian food, defunct amusement parks, old music videos on youtube and The Office. Also love any kind of show about off-beat topics like Nostradamus, spontaneous human combustion, and the end of the world, which is now slated for 12-21-2012. Most weekends you will find me riding around upstate NY checking out restaurants or coffee shops or old cemeteries; love Cooperstown, Saratoga, Lake George, Skaneateles, and Lake Placid in particular. Love all sorts of music from Toad the Wet Sprocket, to Simon and Garfunkel, to Frank Sinatra. My current faves are Matt Nathanson and Relient K. My Ipod has all-80s songs, though, from the Cure to Depeche Mode to Howard Jones to Terence Trent D'Arby. Fave movie of all time: Ed Wood starring Johnny Depp and Martin Landau. Also like Barton Fink, the original Highlander, The Crying Game, Memento and Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Fave movies I saw in 2008 were There Will Be Blood, Burn After Reading, and Transsiberian. I used to play the Word Rounds and Matches a lot more than what I do now, but I got written up at work for "excessive non-workplace-related-computer-use." You'd think that would get me a free platinum membership or something. | |
