I would like a refund for my paid membership

Per our terms of use policy, Sploofus is unable to provide refunds for payments made via PayPal. However, if your situation is severe and your account is less than 30 days old then please send an email to providing details of your situation and refund request. Be sure to include the words "Membership Refund" in the subject line. A response to your request will be sent within two business days of receipt.
