I was unable to complete an entire WordPuzzle due to an error
If, at any time during a WordPuzzle, you click into another part of the web site or otherwise leave the WordPuzzle your session will end and you will be unable to finish or take the WordPuzzle again. It is important that when you start a WordPuzzle you do not perform any other actions with your computer other than complete the phrases until the WordPuzzle has ended.
Occasionally the web site may "lock up or freeze", becoming unresponsive in the middle of a WordPuzzle. Unfortunately this will result in the termination of your WordPuzzle session. Due to the nature of the Internet, your web browser's connection to the Sploofus computers is passed through dozens of routers and switches that are beyond the control of you, your ISP, or Sploofus. This is true for any web site that you may connect to. For that reason, it is impossible to differentiate an issue with your computer, your ISP, the Internet, or the Sploofus network, meaning that at this time there is no automated way to remedy this particular issue.
For optimum performance and to properly enjoy WordPuzzles, the Firefox web browser is HIGHLY recommended. It is also to your advantage if your computer has at least 512MB of RAM, 800 MHz CPU, Windows XP or Mac OS X 10.3.5, and a broadband Internet connection.
