I am unable to upload or change my main profile photo
There are several factors that contribute to image uploading problems. First, verify that you are uploading a JPG file and that the filename is showing in the upload text box with a .jpg or .jpeg file extension. Only JPG files are permitted. Secondly, your image can not exceed 2MB in size so be sure that your image is not more than 800 pixels in width or 600 pixels in height.
Another common issue is that your web browser may have an old image cached (in memory) where you are expecting to see your newly uploaded photo. After uploading your image, clear your web browser's cache (optional), then hold down the Shift key while you click your browser's refresh button. Another option is to upload the image and then hold down the Ctrl key while you press the F5 key. These methods will force your web browser to reload all images on the page and ignore what is in the cache.
