Crab & Corn Chowder

I got a copy of this recipe from the Blue Mermaid Chowder House & Bar in San Francisco. They were the Winner of the 2004 Great Chowder Cook-off in Newport, Rhode Island. I have made it twice and is hands down the best chowder I have ever eaten. It was created by Chef Chandon Glenard.
