A Quiz Suited to a Tea

We're slowly becoming aware of the health benefits of tea, especially black tea. Tea sales in the United States are expected to increase twofold over the next five years, due to these health interests. Here's a quiz about tea that offers a steep(ing) learning curve. yuk yuk.

Here according to the Chicago Tribune is the proper way to make tea:
1. Always put the tea bag in first, then add the water.
2. If you take milk, put it in first, then the tea bag and then the water.
3. Use boiling water water for black tea and brew 3 to 5 minutes.
4. For green tea, steep for 2 to 3 minutes in water that was about to boil.
