|The saying, "the French have a word for it" speaks quite loudly to food preparation. Whether or not a particular style of dish originated in France, the French have given it a name. |
This quiz addresses just a few of the many dishes prepared in the "A la" style which when translated is, "in the style of."
I've given a brief description of a dish; you decide which French term for "in the style of" is correct.
