American Criminal Law

|For us law students, December is a magical time of year: final exam period. And while it is usually necessary to study for upwards of 16 hours a day, my mind wanders and I long to do something fun (but forbidden), like making quizzes. Well, today I found a happy medium: making a quiz about some of the easier and more interesting aspects of one of my classes. It's so crazy it just might work!|
The sources for this quiz are my own class notes and "Criminal Law: Concepts and Practice" by Ellen S. Podgor, Peter J. Henning, Andrew E. Taslitz, Alfredo Garcia(Carolina Academic Press 2005).
[DISCLAIMER: This quiz is not intended to provide legal advice, nor should the contents of this quiz be understood to provide anything more than mere entertainment or, at best, a simple primer on common law crimes and criminal concepts, paraphrased primarily from my class notes. I do not purport to possess any special knowledge about this subject, as all the information contained in this quiz can easily be found in introductory legal books and webpages and I do not hold myself out as an expert or as one capable of giving legal advice. Heck, I might not even pass the exam]
