Same Dessert Different Name ala Bigbird

Many cultures have foods that are very similar. For example, take ravioli (no, it's not a dessert, but let's use it as an example). Ravioli is Italian. But Chinese Won Tons are not that different. They are both noodles stuffed with an appetizer or main dish type filling. I will give you a dessert that comes from one country.
