Bread Pudding with Whisky Sauce

Bread pudding is a classic Christmas-time dish, especially if served with Whisky (Whiskey in the U.S.) Sauce. Here is a recipe I tweaked a little. I hope this meets well with the requester's taste buds. Keep granny away from the sauce bowl...lol. Hint: substitute in other things like blueberries, chopped apples or peaches, etc.
