Changes in Geophile's Lifetime

I was born in 1940. In our advancing age people always ask what decade we believe was the best. It would have to be the 50s. We all liked Ike, life seemed peaceful. Many of us did not realize at the time, that life wasn't so good for Americans of color who were still experiencing discrimination. This quiz is more about changing of attitudes that happened during my lifetime rather than inventions, computers or new car models. Oh, and something bad did happen to me in the 50s, so it wasn't a perfect decade. I hope you enjoy a glimpse into my past.
