Cheers: 'Coach' Ernie Pantusso

One of the more beloved characters on Cheers, Coach was unfortunately only around for the first 3 seasons. Nicholas Colasanto died on February 12, 1985, before the end of Season 3. Despite his short run, though, Coach remains an integral part to the success of Cheers...he was the glue that held all the characters together. Here is some trivia about Coach. Enjoy!
