Unfortunately, Nicholas Colasanto passed away, and now Cheers was left with a huge void. How were they going to replace the funny, charismatic, and simple character that was Coach? Along comes Woody Harrelson, and Woody Boyd was born. So different than, but still the same as, Coach. Dim, but so lovable. Here is some trivia on Woody Boyd.
