Where do you get that "perfect fifth" "perfect fourth" stuff? C to G
is a major fifth. And D double flat IS C. You meant Dflat. And who
uses the term "diminished second"? It's just called a half-step.

#5 and #19 ar ewrong. C to D-double-flat is in fact a unison and an Augmented Second is infact the same as a minor third.
