Rack of lamb is surprisingly easy to prepare. This particular recipe is from Dean Fearing, the chef at the Mansion on Turtle Creek. The recipe appeared in the Dallas Morning News. P. S. Don't let the cooking time throw you, the correct time is for "medium rare", and do remember that you have previously seared them.
