Eating Royally

I just bought a new cookbook entitled "Eating Royally". The book is authored by Darren McGrady who was the private chef for Princess Diana. (He started his career at Buckingham Palace.) I have very much enjoyed this. Not only does he give you delightful recipes, he also tells you little tidbits of history and some insight into the royal family. This book was not done for profit or gain, the proceeds go to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation because Princess Diana's charitable goals linked these two things dearest to her, children and AIDS. He now resides in Dallas. I will describe a dish that he has cooked and you just have to tell me what it is! How simple is that? I also wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone who loves to cook and considers themselves to be an Anglophile.
