Question two is wrong, Its Northern Ireland not Ireland please adjust your answer. You asked the question in the presence tense. Ireland gained its independence in the 1920's
well done, and has spurred me to break out the history books and atlases again!
As far as the Great Britain question, you should note that you are talking about the Kingdom of Great Britain, not the island of Great Britain.
On the Venice question, island, marsh and lagoon (in a lagoon, not on it) are all correct answers.
