Red, White, Black, & Blue July 5th

This quiz is not to be deemed offensive; rather the quiz is a dichotomy of patriotism and a recurring theme every American ethnic group sometimes perceives as the double consciousness or double standard faced at some point in their history. I hope you enjoy the trivia. It is rather long; so if you in for instant gratification, this is not the quiz for you. Frederick Douglass is one of many famous African Americans. He was a husband, parent, author, orator, women's suffragist, editor, author, statesman, a preacher for the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church and a patriot. Frederick Douglass was a dynamic force in the anti-slavery movement. He backed Abraham Lincoln's presidential bid. Not only was Frederick Douglass a friend to Abraham Lincoln he also had other prominent abolitionists such as William Lloyd Garrison, Wendell Phillips, John Brown and female suffragists as friends. Thank you for taking my quiz. Enjoy! Don’t forget to rate it.
