Find a Hidden Color in Each Sentence, part 6
![]() |
Here is the 6th quiz in this series of Hidden Color puzzles: The gimmick here is easy: Each question will be a simple sentence that has a color in plain sight within it. For instance, in the sentence "In Charl, equines run wild" the hidden color is HARLEQUIN: "In cHARL, EQUINes run wild." Okay that's a bizarre color, although a real one. How's this: "You are dear to me." The hidden color is red, as in "You aRE Dear to me." Easy right? But in order to avoid listing the answer in the multiple choices, I will list an easy fact or clue about the color. One and only one of those facts about the color will apply to the color hidden in the sentence. Otherwise there'd be no challenge to simply looking at the multiple choices and matching which one is obviously in the sentence. So for instance, in the example, "You aRE Dear to me" the multiple choices might be: “Blood” "Grass" "NFL team nickname" "Popular pair of pants" "An anagram of the word LATE" You would choose the answer "Blood" because it best matches "Red." Please don't forget to rate the quiz! Thanks! Yours truly blue, Bill

That was really fun and imaginative. Thanks for such a creative quiz.
Way over my head.....made no sense at all even when I saw the answers. Guess I'm too old.
Fascinating! I gave it a 9 and hope you write another quiz like this. (I lost 10 points on Q7 by although seeing the colour, then, matching it with the wrong clue instead of obviously Scarlet O'Hara - Rats!)
