First Gardens of the White House

|How often do we talk about going green? Almost constantly, yet seldom do we talk about the gardens of the White House. With all this talk about the greening or re-greening of the earth, our First Lady, Michelle Obama is planting a Garden in the White House. For that reason I thought we'd look at other First Gardens as well as our First Lady's. |
This quiz, however, is not as much about our First Lady or President Obama as it is about First Gardens and her Garden. It really is about gardens in the White House and, you may say, some brown thumbs.
In First Lady Michelle Obama's garden there will be 55 varieties of vegetables, including “red romaine, green oak leaf, butter head, red leaf and galactic lettuces, spinach, chard, collards and black kale, shallots, shell peas, sugar snap peas, broccoli, fennel, and rhubarb and onions.” President Obama doesn't like beets. Remember that. I'm sure it'll come up again.
