FlowerLegendsandLore Photo You know the saying about a rose by any other name smelling just as sweet, right? Well, did you ever wonder how some of our favorite garden flowers got their names? I'll relate some floral facts (or fanciful fiction) and you choose the bloom they best describe. Much of this fascinating information comes from "My Story Book of Flowers For Junior Gardeners" by Fae Huttenlocher, which I stumbled across at a flea market in Washington a few years ago. Enjoy!
