Something strange and weird started happening just at the end of the Second World War. You know it. I know it. We all know that strange happenings began to haunt the Free World--then locked in a titanic struggle with the Forces of Evil! Get out your theremin and lets take a journey to those fateful days of the late 1940s and 1950s when many-limbed giants strode the earth and the unknown was in the air! Left: This is the cover of one of the first books (1951) to tell the American people about the menace from Outer Space and possible impending doom! It (perhaps) asked the question, "Will the little green men actually come to earth and form a rock and roll band?" Good luck to all (except for those among us who are secretly little green men and women)!
