from my years of latin, ignoramus means "we do not know:" I can't find any reference to tiberius as an imperial machiavelli. Why would he have been called that considering he lived centuries before machiavelli? Caligula did not make any horse a priest --Suetonius wrote that Caligula planned to make his horse a consul to insult the senate, but that didn't happen.
