I've always been fascinated by the early origins of USA towns and cities. So many quirky and irreverent stories! So I'll give details of the first settlings on what are mostly now probably a bunch of downtown skyscrapers, and you see if you can guess 'em. Since over 100% of those taking this quiz will probably be USA citizens, I've deliberately tried to make this a bit tricky. But that's tricky to a mere Brit - maybe it's all easy stuff to you! Or, hopefully, maybe there are some surprises in store...
