Hollandaise Sauce (The No-Fail Way)

|This is my first quiz, so please be nice. Anyway, this is a Hollandaise recipe I've developed over the years through many many restaurants. It's almost impossible to break and is pretty flexible - soy margarine and powdered egg substitute will even produce a passable enough version for the vegetarians in the house...|
