Sherlock Holmes is truly a character for all the world. Due in part to the fact that the first Sherlock Holmes stories and novels fell out of copyright, numerous authors have published works that are set in the Victorian world of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson. This quiz is about those non-canonical works, the ones Arthur Conan Doyle did not write. This quiz will also focus upon additional characters added to Doyle’s world, as well as series of pastiches based upon secondary characters from the Holmesian world. The game’s afoot. Congrats on great quiz! I only knew for sure one answer, all the rest guesses. I must have been lucky. Of course being a retired BSI helps.............Long live the canon!
