Each sentence has a word or phrase whose homophone can be found in the options. For example - Clue: Rita has been in I.C.U. for the past one week now. The answer would be 'I see you' which is a homophone of 'I.C.U.' The answer can be the homophone of any word/words in the sentence.

Not exactly homophones. More literary license.
Aargh! I was sure I had picked what turned out to be the right answer...guess I just inadvertently clicked on the wrong one. This was a clever quiz, and I enjoyed it.
Nuh! Not good. Depends on how badly you pronounce things.
