In Memory Of Robert Asprin

On May 22 one of my favorite authors passed away. Robert Asprin was known in fantasy and sci-fi circles as the creator and editor of the long running Thieves World series, a number of novels, short stories, the Phule’s Company series, and my personal favorite the M.Y.T.H. Inc. books. A friend turned me onto the myth books saying “You’ll love them they’re hilarious,” and he was right on both counts. The stories revolve around an apprentice wizard and his mentor and their friends. The characters run from devils, demons, and dragons to an articulate, gentlemanly troll, a gay godfather, and a vampire cow. The characters are all well written and the stories well plotted with many a bad pun thrown in. All the titles incorporate a pun using the word myth, such as Another Fine Myth, Mything Persons, and Sweet Myth-tery Of Life. This quiz is about the people and creatures that inhabit the myth universe and the dimensions they live in and is dedicated to Mr. Asprin.
