The Jim Henson Company has remained an established leader in family entertainment for over 50 years and is recognized worldwide as an innovator in puppetry, animatronics and digital animation.

Founded in 1985, Jim Henson's original Creature Shop was started in London, as his permanent workshop and had a full-time staff of builders that understood Jim's visions and philosophies. Through the years, Jim Henson's Creature Shop has won over 30 awards in the areas of costume design and special effects, and has contributed to a wide array of both television and film productions, commercials and has even been involved with the production of several large-scale theater productions and live events.
