What writer of true greatness has not had his reputation stratospherically elevated to points ethereal by substance addiction, most specifically those sensitive souls who found lyrical, Romantic succor cradled softly in the arms of Morpheus? There is a rich and florid history of genius flourishing because, or in spite of, artistic dalliances with the alluring poppy, and here I've tried to take a chronological cross-section, throwing in a few of classic literature's more dragon-addled characters for the sake of amusement. Good.......mmmmmm, I forget.....
