Lodi's Turducken Recipe

The holidays are almost here and I've been sharing a lot of info about my turducken that I make. Basically, a turducken is a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey, with layers of dressing in between. Here is the recipe, in quiz format, for any of you who are interested in making it. I have made this several times and over the years have come up with a tried and true recipe. Afterwards, if you have any questions, just send me a note. Making turducken takes a long time but its absolutely worth it! The recipe and preparation may be difficult but this quiz is easy.
