I have always loved the TV shows that have a bit of fantasy, science-fiction magic and a lead character who inexplicably saves the rest of us ordinary folk, on a weekly basis! If you watched any of these weekly dramas you should be able to guess the shows from my description of the premise, the stars, the main characters, etc. Remember, I'm American, so I'm not sure these shows will be known outside the US.
