The answer to #10 is incorrect I think. The Sweating Sickness spread to Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and then on to Poland and Russia. It never showed up in France or Italy, but did make it to Belgium. Thousands of people died. Pretty nasty disease. Overall I thought this quiz was phenomenal! Thank you, I really enjoyed it.
