May Old Punsters Never Die III

The instructions for this quiz are the same as for the previous two, with a little extra clarification. So, at the risk of being "repundant," here they are:

I'm sure most people have heard the following saying: "Old teachers never die--they just lose their class." This quiz is a series of questions using that same format. You will decide how to complete each sentence, choosing the pun that you believe to "fit" the best. (Note: 'Kernerman English Multilingual Dictionary' defines "pun" as "a type of joke in which words are used that have a similar sound, but a different meaning.")

I believe I originated each of these, although, when it comes to puns, the likelihood of duplicating someone else's puns always exists. I did my best, however, to exclude anything I have heard or read elsewhere. After all, when you groan, I want to be "respunsible" for it!
