As of Spring, 2006, there are McDonald's restaurants located in 119 countries around the world. The familiar McDonald's menu won't look the same to you if you travel to another country and stop into a McDonald's there. The company offers many regional specialties, from main courses to drinks to desserts. I will describe a McDonald's item, and you'll figure out in what country it is available.
