Sad News in the music world... sometimes we need to pause and remember what life is all about. There was a great loss recently in the entertainment world. Larry La Prise, the Detroit native who wrote the song, "Hokey Pokey," died last week at 83. It was especially difficult for his family to keep him in his casket. They'd put his left leg in and.... well, you know the rest.

Here's a quiz featuring musicians who have died onstage while performing or at least shortly thereafter when the dying part of their whole death thing began onstage. They range in musical generes from rhythm and blues or R&B to jazz to rock and roll to blues rock to musical theatre. The performers range from singers to saxophonists to guitarists to conductors.
