Never heard of Ricky Valance or Bedrocks in the 60's that recorded those songs?
it was Ray Peterson that sang Tell Laura I Love Her. Nice quiz, though!
This may be the single worst quiz I have seen.
How did it get by the editors, who have made me re-write the smallest details to get posted?
#s 2, 3 & 10 are not one-hit wonders. 'My Boy Lollipop' was done by Millie Smalls, and 'Knock on Wood' by Eddie Floyd, as well as Amii Stewart. 'Tell Laura I Love Her' was done by Ray Peterson, and I haven't a clue as to what #9 is about.
And ask Smokey Robinson if Mary Wells is a one-hit wonder...as she was called for a long time, "The girl
who built Motown".
The idea here is to inform, educate, and entertain with light-hearted fun. This quiz does neither because there was no research.

Lots of mistakes. WOW! Mary Wells was far from being a one hit wonder, The Archies had more than one hit, My Boy Lollipop was sung by Millie Small, not just Millie, Percy Sledge had more than one hit, Knock On Wood was by Eddie Floyd, not Ernie, Tell Laura I love Her was sung by Ray Peterson, not Ricky Valance, whoever he is? and Ob La Di Ob La Da was by The Beatles, whom I'm pretty sure had more than one hit
