One Word Wine

|Sometimes those writing about wine wax way to ponderously eloquent to the point of the wine being beyond that of good drinking age by the time you finish the review. |
"It was an immature, yet presumptuous little naive wine that sports a heady nose and traverses the palate like feathers on silk. Its brazen color reminds you of sunlight on scratchy stratus clouds over the softly murmuring ocean at sunset after a day of walking along the Mediterranean. Served with chocolate and caviar with slivered white truffles...blah, blah, bah."
I am going to sum up some commoner wines/grapes in one word, using a word that is commonly applied to the correct answer, and virtually never, if not at all to the others . EEK! I am scared.
